All completed forms are reviewed and will be responded to by email. Incomplete forms will not be reviewed. It could be as long as two weeks for you to receive a reply.

We focus on pre-seed and seed rounds. We will consider ideas along with companies that have a legal structure. Generally, we prefer valuations under $2MM, initial check sizes can range from $35K to $350K and we will lead, co-lead or participate with other funds.

We do not invest in gaming/gambling, restaurants, bars, retail stores, non-profits or real estate ventures.
